JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB SUMMARYThe Independent Sales Representative works with clients in identifying their needs and problems in the manufacturing industry and facilitate the sales of the products and services of The Velocity Group. 


GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages and grows existing accounts 
  • Sells additional services to clients
  • Builds and maintains effective professional relationships with clients. 
  • Contacts and visits clients to help them better understand company products and services. 
  • Handles queries about company products and services 
  • Builds up detailed knowledge about the company's products 
  • Plans for and attending trade shows to establish new business 
  • Provides customer service to business partners 
  • Educates business partners and end users on company products and services 
  • Provides proactive assistance and supports to clients and business partners
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested 
  • Provides professional, knowledgeable, courteous customer service
  • Meets customer needs, offers options, resolves problems and follows up with customers 
  • Ensures full customer satisfaction without unnecessarily referring customer to other staff members 

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: High School graduate 
  • Experience: Some Sales or retail Experience 
  • Your Own Computer 
  • Your Own Cell Phone is required  

COMPENSATION

  • $65,000 to $110,000 1st Year potential Earnings 
  •  35% Commission 
  •  Work from Home
