Weekly Service Subscription
Your weekly subscription for Sales Rep Role Play will start when The Velocity Group confirms your payment and will continue for a period of 7-Days . When you purchase a weekly subscription on the The Velocity Group website, auto-renew is automatically selected in your Velocity Account. At the end of the weekly subscription period, you will automatically be signed up and billed for an additional subscription term of 7 days at then-current pricing. If you do not wish your subscription to auto-renew, you may turn off auto-renew in your Velocity Account prior to the end of your current subscription term.
If you wish to convert your program to a monthly option you may do so at any time.
Missed Calls/Daily Appointments
The Velocity Group does not give refunds or discounts when the sales rep misses scheduled daily call. In the event that a Velocity Group team member misses as scheduled time, a make up time will be given and a refund for that daily appointment may be refunded.
Audio and Video recordings
All role plays will be recorded for quality and training as well as for educational purposes. These videos will be made available within 12 hours of the call taking place. An internet connection is required to use and download all recordings of calls.
If you do not wish your subscription to auto-renew, you may turn off auto-renew in your Velocity Account prior to the end of your current subscription term.
Neither Velocity nor its third-party licensors or cloud service providers shall have any liability for any error, omission or defect in Velocity applications and their associated Cloud Storage service, any inability to use Velocity applications or inability to access recordings or evaluations, or any loss or deletion of customer content or data.
